Bring your portfolio across
A broker workspace is separate from a buyer or seller account. You get licence verification, a portfolio view, a buyer pipeline, and associates with scoped access.
Setting up the firm
Choose the broker path at signup. You enter the firm name, licence number, and state, plus roughly how many active listings you will bring. Your workspace stays separate from any personal buying or selling account.
Licence verification
We check the licence against the state registry before your portfolio goes live. It is normally same or next business day. Listings can be drafted while it runs; they simply cannot publish until it clears.
Buyers filter for verified counterparties, and a verified badge on the firm is what makes a confidential listing credible to a cautious buyer.
Importing listings
Upload your intake spreadsheet, or create listings one by one. Either way the same eleven-step flow applies per listing.
It is a per-listing decision, not a firm-wide default. Most brokers run confidential on anything with staff.
Load what the client has already given you into the deal room and set tiers before the first inquiry lands.
Assigning owners
Every thread carries an owner. Invite associates from Settings with scoped roles — full access, documents only, or view only — and assign threads so nothing sits in an unassigned queue over a weekend.
Client threads
The seller you represent gets their own thread, labelled as your client and separate from buyer threads on the same listing. Use it to request release approval and to send buyer summaries, so the record of what the client authorised lives in one place.
Bulk document release
- Select files, then release to all verified buyers, everyone with a signed NDA, or specific buyers.
- Each preview carries that buyer’s watermark, so leaked material is traceable.
- Links expire on a schedule you set; the default is seven days.
- The activity log shows who opened what, which is what clients ask about on every call.
Confirm the bulk import format Revanu will accept, licence check turnaround, and whether co-broke splits are tracked in-platform.
