Get operator verified
Applying to a partnership listing needs the operator badge. Nothing else an operator does on Revanu needs it: a partnership listing reads in full, financials included, with no account. The badge reads Operator verified with your capital band, and a person reads everything behind it.
What the badge says
Operator verified · $250K–$500K. The badge says Revanu verified your track record, your references, your funds and your identity, and holds your signed background attestation. The band comes from the nine capital buckets and is never a figure. It is not a recommendation: Revanu does not vouch for you, and the owner decides.
Identity comes first
Your identity check belongs to your account, not to the operator track. If it is already done, the track reads it and asks nothing again. If not, it is a one-time step before the five components: a government ID and a selfie. You sign the attestation as the name on your account, so it waits for the check to pass.
The five components
Each business you have run: your role, the years, and the revenue and headcount as bands. Revenue goes in as a band, never a figure, because you are describing a business you do not own.
Three people who know your work: an employer, a partner, a supplier, a lender or a landlord. Revanu phones each one during the review. No reference is asked to write anything.
The evidence behind your record: accounts or reports that show what changed while you ran it. PDF or image, naming the business and the period.
Connect your bank and Plaid reads the balance once, or upload a statement for a person to read. Either way you get a band, and the figure itself is never stored.
You declare the facts on the form and sign as the name on your account. Revanu holds the signed record and shows owners that it holds one, and when. There is no background check to order, and nothing here is a consumer report.
Proving funds
Verified capital is money you have. A lender letter or an SBA pre-approval produces no band, because it describes a loan you may get, not a balance you hold. The operator track also reads funds on its own: a financial badge you already hold does not count toward it, and the two bands run on separate clocks.
Your band is tested against the cash part of the buy-in, on your dashboard and in the terms.
Review
When all five are in, you submit them together and a person reads them. You can keep reading and saving listings while it runs. If a component needs more, the reviewer names it; your answer goes back into the same review, and the rest of what you sent stands. The decision shows on your verification page.
How long it lasts
The badge stands. The capital band lasts 12 months from the day it was read; when it lapses the badge stays and the band comes off it. Refreshing reads your funds again and replaces the band, up or down, and asks for nothing else.
